There is hereby created a recreation commission in accordance with Chapter 12, Article 19 of Kansas Statutes Annotated and amendments thereto.

The recreation commission shall consist of five members who shall be appointed as provided by K.S.A. Supp. 12-1926.

Be it further ordained that K.S.A. 12-1908, is hereby adopted by reference providing for a budget, tax levy, election to revoke, budget increase, procedures, protest petitions and elections, all as is more particularly set out in said section.
