A CHARTER ORDINANCE EXEMPTING THE CITY OF SOLOMON, KANSAS, FROM THE PROVISIONS OF K.S.A. 79-1952 AND K.S.A. 79-5001 TO 79-5018, AS AMENDED.

Section 1. The City of Solomon, Kansas, pursuant to power vested by Article 12, Section 5 of the Constitution of the State of Kansas, hereby elects to be exempt from the provisions of K.S.A. 79-1952 and K.S.A. 79-5001 to 79-5018, as amended, which reenactments of the legislature applicable to the City of Solomon, Kansas, but which are not applicable uniformly to all cities.

Section 2. The provisions of K.S.A. 79-1952 and K.S.A. 79-5001 to 79-5018, and any amendments thereto, shall not apply to any taxes levied by the City of Solomon, Kansas.
