A CHARTER ORDINANCE EXEMPTING THE CITY OF SOLOMON, KANSAS, FROM THE REQUIREMENT TO MAINTAIN FIXED ASSET ACCOUNTING AND REPORTING PROCEDURES AS REQUIRED BY K.S.A. 75-1120 AND K.S.A. 75-1120a.

Section 1. The City of Solomon, Kansas, a city of the third class, by the power vested in it by Article 12, Section 5 of the Constitution of the State of Kansas, hereby elects to exempt, and does exempt itself from and makes inapplicable to it the requirement to maintain fixed asset accounting and reporting procedures as required by K.S.A. 75-1120 and K.S.A. 75-1120a which is not applicable uniformly in all cities of the third class.
